Ok, I play as Sweden and have built some factories. The problem is that no one wants to work in them unless I chose it as a national focus thingy. Aristocrats and especially farmers(!) are in a majority, and I don´t want the farmers to be 70% of my population. I want craftsmen and clerks. Help?
