Lost the "how to mod" PDF

As said in the title, i lost the pdf with all the possible eventcommands etc, can someone pls upload it for me?

Is there a command to change Cg to money ratio by chance? (CWTT has some modern computer techs, which give free money, i want it rather make more money from cg's)

All event commands and triggers are listed in this file:
\Modding documentation\event commands.txt

IIRC CG to money ratio is moddable by policy sliders and minister personalities only.

Sad that most of the stuff I'd like to mod is restricted by the engine, any chances of some more features in 1.04?
