As Massylia I called Turdetani into a war vs Carthage. We won, Turdetani left 1k men in a territory of mine after the war and they stayed there. Shortly after Turdetani had a Civil war, my entire province that army had been stood in became the Turdetani revolt. When the war ended because they couldn't reach each other, it went to the Turdetani.
