Hey guys, so I have been playing this game for about 3 years. I worked hard on 2 very amazing cities and recently I had to do a full computer reset. I seemed to have lost everything regarding the game and there is no save file anywhere on my computer. Is there ANY way for me to get it back? I would be so grateful.

If you didn't backup or make a could save, it is likely gone.

Saved games are store at
C:\Users\InsertYourUsernameHere\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Saves

These are in windows directories and not user directories and I don't think they get saved if you tell windows to keep old files.

I wish I had better news.

I have been using my PC for 8 years straight, and when my 1st HDD died in 2014/2015, all of my SC4 data was lost and could not retrieve them forever.

I learned from that lesson afterwards when I came to C:S, by making a backup folder for my stuff in a seperate HDD.

Since then, none of my work was lost despite the fact I replaced my OS hard drive twice from 2015 to 2020.

That's why always keep backups of your savefiles & other important files in a seperate HDD, or upload them to your personal cloud.
