Lost mod list and can not open games

To AndrewT:
I did as you said and deleted Mod folder, Launcher VS sqlite, Mods, but did not have a mods_registry.json in folder. Reloaded some mods but now I have no new Mod folder.

I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it. Now I can not even open the game, it crashes as soon as I try and start a vanilla game. What can It be.

I found the problem, my anti virus program said that your launcher 2020.16 was ramsonware and blocked it. I unblocked it and told the program your launcher was good to go. Both programs are now up and working fine.
