Lost all my game registrations

Since I changed over to the Paradox account format for login, I've been unable to access any of the game forums and all my game registrations have disappeared. It also won't let me re-add them as the system thinks I've already used them. The only one that worked was my EU4 key.

The only thing I can't think is that I've absent mindedly created a second account (probably called CheesySnake) and added games to that, then forgotten about it. Is there anyway I can get this sorted out?

There is a user by that name who has a similar - but not identical - email address to you (@supanet.com). It has 2 games registered.

Sadly there is no way to merge accounts here at the moment, nor to transfer registrations between user IDs. Basically you need to pick one ID or the other and use it, as dual IDs are not allowed here.

It may be possible in a future update to the forum software to transfer IDs or merge users.

Cool, that'll be what's happened then. I'll swap to that one and just update the email address. Is there anyway I can get the EU4 forum access on the other account or will I just need to go without?

If you can obtain another EU4 key you can use that. You could also log a ticket at paradox.zendesk.com and beg for mercy there ... failing that you'd have to wait for a forum software update to allow moving game registrations. You can always get game support at that same zendesk page.
