Is there a way to have a window that pops open when you lose one of your spies due to counter-intelligence action of another network in the country they are in action (or in sleep)?

I searched the text options in the menu, but I have been unable to find an option to be informed that my network had been attacked in another country and I had lost my spies. It would be a much useful info than 'TAG1 has failed to do something rather nasty to TAG2'.
