FAQ
1) Any edits?

This is Vanilla 1.02 DH Full with ONE minor twist. Vanilla Munich causes Czechoslovakia to leave any alliance it's in. I have removed this condition in order to make playing the diplomatic game in the first 2 years worthwhile.

This should be good. I look forward to how this plays out.

Prologue

Konrad Henlein of Vratislavice (formerly Maffersdorf), registered the Sudeten German Party in 1931. The politics of this minority group would not be of particular concern until 1937, when Henlein would radically shift away from his Pro-Czechoslovak position to one of Anschluss with Germany. However the Hodza government wasn't willing to make the party unconstitutional despite their secessionist tendency. The army reforms of 1936 saw the improvement of the national fortifications running through the Sudetenland as well as the deployment of the I through IV Armada into corps-sized components to defend the expanded forts. The development of improved tactics and the expansion of the defensive works also went hand in hand with diplomatic overtures to France and England. Field Marshall Frantisek reported with confidence that the army could hold the Germans in 1936. The primary struggle of the year 1936 was finding trading partners willing to supply Czechoslovak industry, short-falls of steel plaguing the pursuit of a quick solution to some pressing issues for several months before being resolved.

I've played Chechoslovakia in DH Full 1.02, 1933 scenario. All you have to do is to get level 10 fortifications all along the border and keep 3 to 4 divisions in each border province (and remember, that Hungary and Romania may eventually join Axis, thus extending the front). As DeusEversor said, don't accept Munich treaty. After you reject it it will kick you out of Allies, but nothing stops you from joining them again after a few months (it took me around six requests before they agreed).

The German AI is simply afraid to launch a land attack under such circumstances as 10 lvl fort. German Stukas are pain in the butt, although if you don't move your army, your losses from them are gonna be small. After you join Allies, they're most probably gonna send some wings of interceptors to defend your air space. That's, basically, all you can do: keep defenses, research technologies, build divisions and/or factories, and wait for a moment to strike. Believe me, it'll come. :)

But the biggest fun in my game started after the Americans went for the WWIII:

Anyway, it's you AAR, and I'm sure it's gonna be interesting. Good luck!

I'm sat in behind level 6 defenses and a f**kload of AA. The Germans are thin on my border due to the allies being in the war, but both sides haven't done anything. I can't kessel german forces however - the cavalry arm is alright for mobility but I have no response to German tanks/motorised divisions and battles take too long for a strike - Liegnitz/Meseritz for example but any direction really. I'm rather annoyed I made the thread now. I was going to go for a gameplay AAR but there's nothing to talk about and I'm struggling to find the interest for narrative. Even with mobilisation the setup regards to resources has my industry screwed and I can't really build anything - frankly it's boring. I'm gonna call it a draw since French AI is, as always a PoS.

I'll play test my next AAR a bit more fully. See you soon AARland.

Yeah I've noticed from a couple of KR playthroughs that the DH AI is very passive and doesn't like to attack.
