Formed Russia as Novgorod circa 1520 and got claims on all the Russian area and steppe provinces as a result of the formation.
It's now 1579 and I've just gotten notices that I lost all those claims in two separate batches. I'm not sure exactly what triggered things, but both events seem related to the end of wars/rebellions that Russia was not involved with involving Lithuania, Crimea, the Horde, Nogai and Uzbek.
Russia now sits with no claims on any foreign territories. Is this WAD? A bug? Sorry if this is an overly basic question. Never played Russia before and a quick search of forums/wiki revealed nothing on this to me. As far as I can tell, there is no set time limit on the claims given by the formation of Russia, correct? I wish I had been paying better attention to exactly what happened to trigger the lost claims.
