Lose 20 reputation, means that your BB falls 20 points, right? I ask this because I have seen that finishing the Reconquista gives you that prize. Therefor I think is much better to crush first Aragon and Portugal, then get Granada, and finally annex the final territories of Aragon and Portugal. Is this view right?

It depends on your current infamy level. Assuming you have low reputation then its better to get the infamy (possibly even over the limit) from Aragon and Portugal and then get the -20 from Granada. If you have high infamy then your order is correct so you drop down to low infamy before getting more from the other 2.
