I recall there used to be minimum size requirement to maintain federation presidency, is that mechanic still there?
I have twice the economic power, thrice the tech, and quadruple the fleet power of any member of the federation and been the president for a century now. Suddenly, the 2nd most powerful federation member became president. He's still inferior to me,and his fleet is pathetic compared to mine. How did this happen? Is it a bug or WAD due to empire size? I'm playing tall so I only have 2 planets and like 8 systems right now. Is that why?
