Lore question: Who is she ?

I was talking with some of my nerd friends today and we got into a discution on who is the poster girl for AOW 4. Who is she ?
My group were split between 3 options.
1. Arachna ( i don't belive this one she doesn't have the spider vibe )
2. Julia ( i don't believe this one either julia was not locked in the astra dominion )
3. Somebody new. ( this is my bet )

They aren't saying, it's probably someone new, and it's a discussion that's been had before.

I originally suggested she was part of a group that play the role the elves did anciently prior to their fall in the AOW1 era, but she appears to be a villain, so I don't know.
