Doesnt come with any readme... and being as i havent explored that aspect of scenario generation i was curious. What precisely does this mod do? Assign a completey unique colour to each and every nation?

if you have the mod, can you transfer it on your website, because the link doesn't work.
To install it move the country file in the DB of EU2 and the colorscale in the MAP. It change all colours of countries and land, water... It's more beautiful than the original one (excepted for France with the Dark Blue colour

Maybe, because some countries have the same colours (like Burgundy and France have a near same colour, or United States and France if you change France's colour. For France, change the colour from "DarkBlue" to Blue and all other "Blue" by DarkBlue (principaly Scotland, Sweden and US)
