Seems to me that there is something wrong with the ledger with regard to size of armies for instance it says I as Bohemia have 3589 but I have a personal retinue of 8500 and and can call up 3883 levies from Demesne and 37k from vassals. I am accoding to the ledger with for instance Scotland and Papacy above me, and several other states. I personally think the whole list is messed up as I am likely in the top three if not the top atm.
