looting?

Just a quick question: What/how is looting? I've seen it mentioned in threads but have no idea how to do it! Is it an option when you occupy a foreign province?

it's not an option, you always loot on enemy provinces, what I miss is; any probability or sure thing? let's just wait, a good samaritan will be helping soon.

Looting is automatic any time your army is in an enemy province that is not already looted.
