Don't seems completely unrealistic that valuable from the defeated army's camp could be sized and mayb lower valued prisoners ransomed which would not be characters would give some Money to the victorious commander army and maybe cost some from the defeated army and commnader.

It would just be Another reason to make sure to win battles.

I would love the whole reward after a battle system to be a bit better. Perhaps it could be different for different cultures. But if a commander or vassal contributes a lot to a war, it would be great to sometimes see them get money, opinion rewards, titles or honorary titles as a reward after the war is done. I like it how when you contribute to a crusade in ck2, how you sometimes get artifices or stuff like that. Would love to see more of that in other wars.

At best, if there is a camp, winning troops can get some supplies from it, not a treasure and lots of valuables, unless it caught some raiders transporting their loot.
