the problem is...I don't know if it's really a bug.....When I take a province ( the one form Uruguay) all their Factories dissapear.

I think if there no bug It will be pretty annoying to upgrade my IC on my own....

so anyone can explain me what i'm supose to do ?

thanks
Sorry for the english it's not my native language

You have to repair the factories after capturing a province. Under PRODUCTION you can put IC into REPAIR PROVINCE. The more you add, the faster those factories will be up and running.

You're going to be annoyed, Vlad. It's not a bug. Whenever an enemy unit enters a province IC is reduced to zero; so if one of your provinces is invaded you'll find its IC reduced to zero also. But that's not quite the same as having the factories totally destroyed and having to build them all over again.

Instead the factories are considered damaged and you're able to repair them by allocating points to Repair Provinces on your IC display. The more you allocate the more quickly the damage will be repaired, but even if you allocate only a small amount you'll find that the repair takes much less time than building new factories. Additionally, you can decide which provinces you'd like to repair first by left-clicking on the province on the game map and then left-clicking on the priority star in the province display. You will find, however, that conquered factories, even when fully repaired, give much less IC return than those in your home provinces.

Please don't apologise for your English, it's much better than my anything-else.

(Whoops. Late again.)

Acually what you might experience is just the new province efficiency system.

Factories dont run themselves - they need people.. and since you just invaded their land, these people are not that willing to work you yet...

they need .... persuasion....

This will happen gradually, and the province output will rise with it.

ok yeah it's what I saw.
The ''uruguayan'' province has 8 IC before I take it now it's fully repair and I just have 3 IC.
It say current effectiveness 36 %
Max effectiveness 36 %

So it will continue to upgrade till the original IC or not because it's a Conquered Province and it has reach the maximum IC capability ?
cause that said the max.effective is reach ?

thanks you again.

Non-national provinces give you less IC/resources/manpower than National provinces. So, it's likely to already be at its maximum.
Some ministers and national ideas can change this, though. Foreign IC and Foreign Manpower, IIRC.

never understood this for the resources.. i mean getting a relatively small crew to eg Baku as germany shouldnt be such a big problem?
i mean, historically the germans had those things ready in the early 40s (tools and workers/experts for oil fields in the caucasian area)

or is there a command like OIL_IDEOLOGY = LWR somewhere?

Eww.
Baku had a huge oil production, I seriously doubt taht the german workers could make the whole area work flawlessly, convoy the oil, take care of the likely-to-be-sabotaged oilfields, adapt to their new working environment, face the local population and so on...

So, I'd rather go with a no...
If you want it so much, make an event so that Germany gets a core on Baku. :>

the one exception to what the OP said and was answered to were nukes. if you get a nuke strike on that same uruguay province, it actually suffers permanent IC loss, and with the resulting IC drop and Infra drop as well, the enemy has little choice of how to get out of the province save by strat redeployment
