I apologize in advance, I am not sure how to really ask tactfully so I will just be blunt: what is going on with the reception of this game right now?

I admit, I have not been keeping up much with it lately. I purchased the game, but I have been waiting for the full release to really mess with it. (Plus I have been distracted by CK3.)

Anyway, I saw the trailer for the new update and there did not seem to be a lot of positivity for it. The forums here seem pretty quiet, too. Some people even were talking about them developing a game they would never buy. Has some sort of controversy happened while I was not paying attention? The only thing I can remember is the Epic exclusivity from the beginning. I know it is a smaller title in comparison, but isn't this a little odd?

Eh, a LOT of people use Steam to manage PC games and whatnot. One of the devs said as much, activity seems to have more or less migrated to Steam for the most part.

I am still here, though. Feel free to be blunt. It hurts, but it gets the point across more often than not.

Oh, and welcome to the forums!

Thank you. I thought it was curious, but I admit I have not looked through the Steam forums extensively. I am somewhat used to the opposite being true, with the official/company forum being more popular/on point than the Steam forum.
