I don't want the Japanese text just the English, I'm sure I can find it soon. EDIT: On second thought this is my only option left from the searching I've done

Final post for now the author of the steam screenshot blocked (And deleted comments) and today took down all of his screenshots for Darkest hour and Hoi2 complete

Look on the Arsenal of Democracy forum. This looks like The third Reich mod to me.
