I enjoy playing Tribal governments and I have created quite large Novgorod Kingdom, Slavic Reformed, Noble Pagan Kingdom. Domesne size 3/7 with vassals. I have around 2.5k levies vassals combined about 5k

There are some things I just don't understand regarding to vassal management and economy.

Here is my Save Game: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AqhfeU13BV1e21wn8DvyeEyIff9u

Please look into this save file and provide some insight, tell me what am I doing wrong I want to learn and become better.

(I have all expansions enabled and used with that save file)

You don't have any retinues. Tribals get cheap tribal retinues such as 150 light inf for 105 retinue cap. These can really bulk up your numbers and thus make your vassals and enemies more scared of you.
For the same reason you should also build the earth hillfort in Pskov and Ladoga. 100 retinue cap (+ whatever tech bonus) is way better than anything else for that price.

As for tech I would have chosen military organization over light infantry. This would put your retinue cap at 1255, enough for an army of 5k in just retinues, and put you closer to the important tech 4 which allows you to ignore pagan attrition.

For advisors I would prefer to have my marshal organize raids and the spymaster study technology.

For vassal management you can plot to revoke from both your brother and half brother. This will net you +300 retinue cap and weaken a faction.
You don't have any tributaries. Winning a tributary war gives you 200 prestige and improves the opinion of all your tribal vassals by 10.

When you are tribal, economy basically means raiding. You haven't been raiding for almost half a year, so you are missing out of a ton of gold and prestige.
I see you are expanding south. That's great, the sooner you get to the rich and attrition-free lands of the Christians the better.
