Looking for advice on Frisia

Hi, so I am playing a game as Frisia currently, ( going for the Good Old Days achievement) and I am looking for a bit of advice about where to go from where I am.

The Rundown : started as the duke of holland 867, started as Norse and catholic. Took rulership and committed sucide. Then I was my cousin and grabbed a country from east Francia, and started fabrication on the rest of Frisia. My leidge was scared of me I think and just gave me the duchy saving me money and time. About this time I became Dutch to appease my vassals. Then I broke away from lothrangia as part of an independence faction and made my Kingdom. Then I promptly died of slow fever. And my 5 year old son was king of Frisia. I fabricated on Brenbant while growing up it was relaxing really ( my Mother was Queen Regret for my entire childhood ). I turned sixteen and declared war on the lothrangian revolt for something and grabbed up brenbant. And got married to a Capet girl who is a multi-countess in West Francia.

So now I need Flanders but the king of west Francia and Aquitaine can levy like 10k to my 4K sooo...

How should I continue and what should I do in the hundred years of de jure drift?

In the meantime, you can also try to expand into new areas to have additional support for when it's time to take the rest of Flanders. Check to see that the Great Heathen Army has died down, and declare a holy war on Jorvik (or on Sudreyjar for East Anglia if they have it). You could also expand into Brittany while you wait, which is a piece you'll need if you want the Frisian Coast Is Long achievement.
