Looking for a full-map mod

Anyone know if there are any mods which add the entire world map? I was thinking of doing a longer playthrough, maybe even colonizing elsewhere if such a mod, is that too much of a stretch or are there any such mods?

There's Umbra Spherae, but it's still being updated for 3.x, and even then, it doesn't have provinces in most of the world yet.
