I'm not sure if it's the same campaign but I was playing in an 8-player game that you were hosting last night. Your connection was excellent and you were a good host. But the game was rather wild - general war in early 36. I was Japan for a while (Andrew) but when I got a CTD some time after midnight, decided that it was time for bed. I'd be interested in playing again with you as host - I like playing with a full 8 players.
Andrew
Thank you for approving my hosting capability
As for the early WWII it wasn't my fault. A warmonger (didn't notice
who it was, Germany or France) declared war and the big war began.
Actually I myself prefer to play more or less historically but I wouldn't
like to oblige other players with some strict rules. Anyway HOI itself
punishes players for unhistorical behaviour, high dissent value and
stuff like that. Also an early WWII is not advantegous for Germnay
because it doesn't have some useful events if it's at war before
September 1939.
As for the nighttime penalty bug, which the Italians experienced in
Ethiopia, it's not my fault either. I am not a computer programmer.
Report Paradox about that. Let them fix that.

No, this thread for a serious long term game, which, I hope, we 'll start
next week, not for a casual one like that we played yesterday

If you'd like to continue yesterday's game and have some spare time,
join
