London Conference Broken

Germany (Historical AI on, not that it matters AFAIK) - I took the "Demand Slovenia" focus, resulting in the London Conference. The land is ceded, but Yugoslavia refuses to back down, resulting in me gaining both Slovenia and a war goal on Yugoslavia. (As well as both events.)

(Game version is 1.9.3; all mods I'm playing with are considered achievement-compatible.)

Still broken :

I'm currently playing France. Germany chose the "Demand Slovenia" path, and London conference was triggered. Great Britain has chose to accept the german request, but I chose "We will stand for liberty".

So I have this strange result: Yougoslavia gain a -50 opinion against me (western betrayal), and gain a +25 opinion for me (Offered support). We are now in the same faction, but Germany get the Slovenia despite everything AND gain a casus belli against Yugoslavia!

This just happened to me too on 1.10.4 with only graphic mods active.

Additional bugs I noticed are:

a) Me as Germany got and still have a war goal on Yugoslavia for Slovenia.

b) Some months before this happened I set up a collaboration in Yugoslavia which 'critted' and gave me 45% collaboration but after gaining Slovenia thru the focus it had 0% in both resistance and collab.
