Mind the Gap; the Big Smoke needs a new transport system

NEW YORK – November 13, 2012 – Tally Ho Chaps! Paradox Interactive and Colossal Order are giving Great Britain’s capital the royal treatment as they have today announced Cities in Motion: London, a brand new addition to the critically-acclaimed mass transport simulation Cities in Motion.

Have to say that the landmark buildings look fantastic - and you've modelled the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace as well! You just see briefly in the video that there is a open top bus -I'm looking forward to see what the other four vehicles are (including the hint that there will be some London underground stock)...

That is a great video and it's great to see all the work you all did putting this together so I have to say I'm really looking forward to next week to be able to play the map. Many thanks are due to the team for their hard work and dedication to such an enjoyable game.

I'm looking forward to seeing the landmarks and the what the scenarios will challenge us with since I can imagine that the CIM version of London will be nearly as busy as it's real life counterpart.

Thank you in advance for the new vehicles too.

I would like to know what you guys use to make the videos. Not the video software, but what you use to have the camera in-game like this. Very smooth moves, even smooth tilt. Also more across the map without the mouse pointing to the objects and make appear the name of that object.

it is not on steam at all

You have to wait some more... It might be November 20th in your time zone, but it isn't in Seattle where Steam offices are located. You also need the Steam employees to be at work, so don't expect it to be available at midnight.

Steam is based in Western USA so they sometimes don't put it up on the day of release for those in Europe and further east

I did a pre-order on Gamersgate last night and it's listed in my list of games but there is no option to download it yet. I'm hoping this will be sorted out soon as gamersgate are normally pretty fast. When I've bought game content in the past as a pre-order it's always been available on the day of release so I'm hoping it will be available to download at some point tonight.

CIM London is now marked on Gamersgate as buy instead of pre-order so I'm hoping at some point to be able to download it. I just hope there isn't a glitch on their system as surely if people can buy it now then those of us who already did a pre-order should be able do download it since we already own it?

Keeping my fingers crossed it works later tonight.

Maybe Gamersgate just need time to update their system to allow people to download it?

Thank you for your help it worked just like you said it would so thank you for helping me out with this.

The map looks great and I can tell this is going to be a great map to enjoy. The buildings and landmarks look great I've just had a look at the campaign level and the work put in to make the city look this good is amazing considering all the details that have been added.

I hope everyone else is going to enjoy playing this greatly detailed map.
