Some of the most common revolters in the early game are 'Lollard Heretics'. But did the Lollards ever stand up in violent revolt or opposition? It was my impression that other people executed and generally persecuted them for their translations and preaching. If so, it would be odd to represent Lollards as revolters.

Aren't there event chains that cause Lollard uprising?

If so then i must've missed it, even if it happened in-game i can't remember to come across an event cahin for lollard uprising, only sporadic lollrad uprisings now and then

In my Papal State->KoG game something strange happened regarding those reformed heretics...

I wanted to take Southern Italy (had 2 border friction cores) but sadly it was completely annexed by England. But suddenly I saw rebel uprisings in english homeland. They didn't have exhaustive wars before (no peasant wars or time of troubles either), just +1 stabilty, but thats not that bad.... Anyway, those reformed heretics started to spread throughout England from nowhere so that I didn't only DoW and annex Southern Italy but also started a naval invasion (!) as little papacy.

There was only a 5k rebel stack left and a 20-25 k England stack who did not move out of London. Even when I was taking province after province (except the ones who were occupied by rebels).

After a while about 6-7 provinces defected to Utrecht (incl. a CoT in Yorkshire), probably because it was the nearest reformed country.

I still don't get it. Really strange, England could have easily crushed them.
