So with the new DLC, we got new ways of.... being mean to our prisoners. I'm not sure about the mechanics surrounding this. If you need certain traits to be able to do it, or certain cultures, or when you chose to do it which actual thing happens, is it random or fixed? Either way, this is what I discovered the other night.
