Login issue (multiplayer)

Hi,

I wanted to play eu III divine wind on the metaserver, I forgot my old password and username etc, so i bought besides the rest of the games divine wind again.
I registered the game etc, so when i was trying to login on the metaserver it said, bad username !
Does annyone know where this issue come from ?

(Tried to find a subject about this, but could not find one !)

Never mind, I buyed euIII and issue is solved.
