While playing Stellaris there many species that allow you a choice of different phenotypes for your starting ruler, however, after the start of the game it is completely random. I would like this to change slightly.

I will begin this by asking:
"Is it already possible to lock your species to spawn as certain phenotypes, with either the code or through mods?"

If so, are there any mods currently or are there anyone willing to make one?

If not, can @Wiz create this feature before either 1.5 Banks, within the hotfix, or within the next patch? Or allow modders to lock phenotypes types at the beginning of the game.

What would this add to the game?
Better "immersion" / Roleplaying possibilities.
*Now I will admit this will not impact the majority of players or add tons into the game, however, for us few who it will affect, we will be eternally grateful

While playing Stellaris I created a Mammalian civilization named The Order of Pultran'Ogg (named after their God), a Civilization led by an Arch Prophet. They decide their leadership based upon how dark the individual is, due to their God Pultran'Ogg
being their savior and fighting off an invasion of extraterrestrials. It is said that before Pultran'Ogg ascended into the heavens he bestowed a gift upon the chosen one to lead the people in his place until his return.

However, due to the RNG of the game, my people are forced to follow a white ape instead of a black.

However, this same immersion can be broken if playing an earth civilization, roleplaying a world conquered by Mao Zedong (Spelling) where shortly thereafter was a law put into place disallowing any non-Chinese nationals from taking office. Leading the world into a communist or military dictatorship chosen of by the voice of the Party.
Or an Avian civilization, where the leader with the most colorful plume is elected to lead the people into greatness and victory.

This change can be done like this for example:
You still choose a phenotype 1-? (dependent on the species) - However, only this phenotype will be allowed to be generated as a leader, but the regular pops may still become any phenotype.
or after clicking through the phenotypes an extra option "Any phenotype" - The same as the current system now, with no limitations to the phenotype RNG may choose for you.

I'm not sure if this feature would be worth the effort to be put into the main game or if it should solely be a feature within the realm of mods. What do y'all think of this idea, yay or nay

Same for the clothing you can give your ruler.
What's the point of selecting a set of clothing for your ruler if he dies pretty soon anyway... I gave him this nice sets of clothes and the heir is alway's like "meh" and puts on the same clothing as the filthy commoners

Or even going farther than either clothing or phenotypes, Just looking at the names that we list for our leaders. I hate that my ruler is named "Frank Von Habsburg" only to have an heir "Li Von Habsburg" (For example)
I would Love the option to name our heirs in Divine Mandates, Monarchies etc. Obviously in Democracies its ok to have things like that happen, but even then Id like to have control over the name just as in CK2 and EU4.
