I recently came back to Crusader Kings 2 after about a year away, and noticed that the map had new counties in it (in the British Isles at least), but that all of those counties were listed as 'no character', throughout the entire game. Thinking it was from the Holy Fury patch, I downloaded Holy Fury to unlock the playable characters for those counties, but then, when I started a new game, they still just said "no character". Is there a DLC which will make those counties playable? Thanks

Are you playing with any out of date mods? No DLC stops there from being characters on the map. And if you started a new game it definitely shouldn't happen.
