Heya!
I am just catching with the WWW stream via youtube, and whilst watching I noted that the tech tree was, obviously, very generic, with Fighter I and Fighter II.
Why not localize the names for the fighters by simply translating them? So Fighter I becomes Vadászrepülőgép I in Hungary, Jachtvliegtuig I in The Netherlands (unless you are looking at the Fokker line up for the Dutch), Jagerfly I in Denmark, Chasseur I in Belgium (alternating with a Jager line up for that bilingual flavour), that sorta thing. That should be a quick and easy way to diversify the tech tree without having to go in depth on coming up with pseudo historical brands.
