They are probably taking into account the delay in shipping that will be caused by the thanksgiving holiday.
There's no thanksgiving shipping delay. Its shipping on the 26th so its great and very lucky that we can get it on the 27th the day before thanksgiving. Boy will there be alot of thankgiving on thanksgiving when i get my hands on HOI.
Man, thats a vacation thats not gonna be giving you any R&R...I can barely sleep with thoughts of HOI in my head!!! I actually have dreams with me playing HOI, God those haunt me continuously. You're gonna be like the walking undead just thinking about HOI and wanting to play it but not to since you're on vacation
Next thing we'll know is that EB has a problem at their Kentucky warehouse and it is delayed another three to five days.
I wonder why it's the 27th. When I used to work at Circuit City, we'd get games on Tuesday morning (the 26th in this case) and we'd put them out that day. They may not be out when the store opens; but they'd be there throughout the day. There's no way in HELL that I'm going to the store on the 29th. I'm not fighting mothers and wives on the busiest shopping day of the year.

i just hope it does get in on wed, so i have a long weekend to get comfy and play for 4 days straight. and an excuse to get out of shopping on black friday. plus ill have lots of turkey to keep me sustained

OH SHIT!!, Its Black Friday, the crappiest most frustrating full of crazy women shopping day of the year!!! Thats gonna really suck if it went till Black Friday. I better come up with some sort of contingency plan just in case to get the game and get the hell out of the mall.

It was my understanding that EB does not have a warehouse.
Distributors ship directly to the stores. That is why they get the product in so fast.

But I can't wait for the postman or delivery people. Usually I just rush to my local EB and hassle those guys. But then the ruch of waiting for something and seeing a packeged box in my garage is quite exhilirating though.
Really? I thought it was distributors shipping to the warehouse then to EB stores. But wouldn't the logistis of shotgun distribution from the publishers be overwhelming??
