Local autonomy is the one the best things to happen in the new patch, but i feel they need a bit more refining.
for now LA goes down only when your at peace at a rate of -0.01, so a newly conquered province with a claim would technically get to 0 LA in about 40 of staying out of wars.
the problem is that it seems like the only way to decreasing the rate of LA is through government types only, and I feel like they could definitely add or modify existing idea groups to add a -x amount of LA or some policies if you have humanist and something, I just feel that we should get more option to reduce LA instead of just eating the unrest for 30 years.
aside from that I played around 10-12 hours and it never seemed that occupied provinces of an enemy we getting any increase in LA, as i recall reading somewhere that occupied provinces gain LA, or i might just be wrong about that.
I just wanted to internally cripple the Mamlukes by giving them 50 LA for easier future venture with Kebabistan, or to just toy with Wallachia and see it 100% autonomous.
