I thought Wiz wrote that you can see the amount of loans taken by the AI. Where can I do that ?

You can see the amount of loans allies have in the call to arms tooltip on whether they will accept. That means you can pay off the loans if you see that will make them answer.
Seeing enemy loans would be TOO OP for ironman.

You probably can't find it directly specifically for the reason that debt is the kind of information you don't share with your enemies. Your allies will share the info with you however as it benefits them on the off chance you need them so bad for a war that you're willing to pay off their debt.
No, they should tie info in the ledger to the Espionage idea group, that way it has some utility.
You already can see it. Go score comparison, however over adminscore every 0.02 = one loan. There is simply no justification why we have to do that way, instead of a dedicated loan ledger site.
The current loan ledger side refers to the diplo interaction offer loan, so its useless.
