I am paying on Andriod 11 on my S21 Ultra the game was running fine for a few days and now I can't get past 87 percent loading screen I tried reinstalling and still nothing. any help would be appreciated.

I’m on IOS ver 14.6. The game gets past the loading screen but the loading circling airplane starts after the loading screen and does not go away. I’ve tried restarting and reinstalling to no avail.
I just purchased the starting pack but I can’t even play anymore.
