Load Error when returning to Iron Hearth after Burning Library

I'm working with the Disfavored and am trying to return to Iron Hearth after completing the Burning Library, but the game crashes back to main menu with a Load Error message after trying to load the Iron Hearth map. It seems to be Iron Hearth specifically, as I've been able to go to the Spire and other places without issue.

I've tried an uninstall/reinstall and I'm still having this issue.

I'm sorry that this issue is happening to you. Could you please pass along some more information to help us narrow down what the cause is?
Sending us one of your save files may help us reproduce the issue. Depending on your operating system, these files can be found at C:\Users\%username%\Saved Games\Tyranny (Windows), /home/%username%/.local/share/Tyranny/SavedGames (Linux), or ~/Library/Application Support/Tyranny (Mac).

Additionally, could you please send us some information about your machine? Things like the operating system, graphics card, etc. would be very helpful.

Hello,

I encountered the same or very similar problem these days. Sorry for my bad English. I am playing with german language, so I don't know the english names of factions and quests exactly.

The main problem is still the same as noted above: Game falls back to main menu stating that a "map load error occured" while trying to reach Iron Hearth again to finish the quest Forbidden Passage given by Graven Ashe.

The curiosity is as follows, I have more than 10 gamesaves after the start of Forbidden Passage. ALL do show this error now. But the latest gamesave from Iron Hearth itself is loading correctly.

I can't continue playing, I am stuck there absolutely. It's horrible!

What should I send and where to and how, so that I can get a little help please?
