Can someone tell me what ad limit is? Also can you not shorten words in suggestion posts you're just making things confusing for no real reason.

The administrative capacity ones make no sense. Why would evolving in a paradise make your bureaucratic system get magically more efficient when it has to coordinate across a planet?
