Hi everyone!
I want to make clear right away that this thread is not a polemic, nor a critic one, I just want to ask some question about recent sales trend and not to make a fuss about this. I say it because my English is poor and I don't want to write something wrong or cause a misunderstanding.

I play Paradox games since very long ago, I think way before Steam became so important, and dlc policy with it.
I remember that until some two years ago when a new major dlc came out the older ones went to sales with 75% discount, and, being a money-less student, this was the time when I could buy them and came near the newer content of the games. But in the last years sales kept becoming less and less appealing, the max discount being 50%, while I saw Paradox "acquiring" (I don't know if this is the right wording) more and more developers, and I'm really happy about it.

Now, this apply to me and I don't know if anyone have the same problem, but it may seems a very little difference, and in the case of the smaller dlc it really is (like, 0,50€, not a huge difference), but in the case of bigger dlc, especially when you have a lot of them to buy ('cause, like in my case, you was waiting for the old good sales) the difference became really big and, personally, I can't really buy them anymore.

So, the question is, is there something behind the new sales policy? Will came back the old sales so that more people like me will be able to catch up?
