But i have a little question are there any new formable nations

P.S I know that there are many formable nations in game already

I haven't seen anything, I dont think the new developments have really been that kind of inclination, They seem to have spent more time fixing what they already have than expanding formable nations, some might say they have focussed on tall more than wide, because its common sense.

Going by the name "Al-Andalus", I'd wager it ties into Granada or one of the north African Muslim countries doing a re-reconquista.

Got to agree with this, when ai granada conquers iberia it looks so good that one doesn't feels inclined to conquer it.

Spain = Iberia, that's why you can form it with Portugal.

Spain is Iberia. To be precise, OTL Spain is an incomplete Spain; the ideal was the whole Iberian peninsula.

Interesting to see this new formable, though I'm a bit disappointed that Yuan still isn't making the cut given a lot of the formable nations the game allows.
