If anything, the corona virus will slow down things. We are already all at Paradox working from home, but we have no clue yet on how that impact efficiency, nor what will happen when schools shut, and/or people get sick.
I have a lung problem, so I am in the high-risk category that should avoid getting infected, and if that happens, its a 6-8% chance of death.
