When yugoslavia gets annexed, you can release its puppets Serbia Croatia and others. But two provinces don't are given to anyone (this happened to me with USSR). The worst is that Croatia didn't conducted research --> Someone said me in other post that they don't have tech teams, but anyways this should be solved.

Italy and Republican Socialist Italy can have at the same time Mussolini in their goverments. That this happens to Vlassov, who can be a nazi general and a Ukranian president. Restrictions for this are needed: stop cloning but without handicapping or lossing historical proximity.

I think that strategic movement should be changed for tactical retreat when freeing a province occupied by enemies and own by other faction not allied with yourself (example: ussr attacking and freeing french province occupied by german --> russian army retreats to the province they where attacking from and not strategic move to Moscow). In other cases of troops into forbidden territories, strat. movement is correct.
How can anyone wipe out or annex german that occupied France without going on war with allies? How solve this without losing historical

And finally, more stability (i'm using Win98se).

BTW Have you checked the specs for most new games? Win9x is not listed. I'm impressed that Paradox even attempts to support it.

I see, but this S.O. is used for many people, and they should consider supporting it for some time. If the game works on 9x, in XP must work fine. I think this because 9x is more unstable than XP. Stability and bug-less code must be a priority. A good game shadowed by severe bugs is sad. I hope they don't fall in that in their future releases, btw this game runs most of time fine.
