little bug with china

hi.. we played a MP game and we are at war with china.

we have conquered most of chinas territory, than they ask for peacetreaty and they want to give some provinces to us. i said NO.

but: we are are still at war but china gets most of his provinces back (without a fight or armies) so we have to reconquer all of this mountainprovinces again.

Look like the other problem which I had 2-3 times in my games. When I asked enemy about to be my puppet - they agree, but in fact white peace was fired. I had to reload game and everything was correct. Mayby in this case it could help.
