Updated.Nova Monumenta Iaponiae Historica has bee updated for 2.3.4 long time ago.
Are there any utilities that make everyone start as independent dukes or counts? Apparently the Titular Title Generator is broken now.
Not in this list, although I think there are mods for that on the workshop.
Added to the list in the Graphics/Interface section as compatible with the latest version of CK2.
