Good question... Decisions/Plots/Ambitions/Traits/Titles? Or a new one 'Laws'?

I won't make any new categories unless there are a lot of mods that fit in it. Although I guess I could either add "Laws" to "Decisions/Plots/Ambitions/Traits/Titles" and add the mod there or if you think your mod belongs more to "Balance" put it there. Your choice.

Did someone make improvements to existing cultures and religions? For example, being a coward under the Germanic religions should have harsher opinion and piety/prestige penalties. Being lustful was also viewed as a positive trait in the Norse culture.
