I'm working on fixing some edict mods I had from before Megacorp. Is there a list of all the new/changed modifiers somewhere? Specifically the modifiers that work in empire-wide edicts. Stuff like Research, Resource Cap, Ship/Building/Station construction speed. Really just a list of all of them would be helpful.

This might be an excellent place to ask.
I am attempting to change these two variables which are set in the defines, but only as part of a civic, without altering the defines file at all.

"naval_capacity_base = 10
naval_capacity_pop_mult = 0.1"

Are there any known modifiers I can use to achieve this, as it doesn't seem to allow me to modify these values from a civic?

This might do part of it. I'll experiment with similar variables for the pop multi.
