Well, there's Bolivia too...

And the United Kingdom rather exudes absolutism rather than constitutional monarchy. Presuming there to be a sort of British-style transition to republic, then an Ottoman Republic might make some sense. I'd keep the name, though, since it has less badassitude than Ottoman Empire.

Although, if it is possible to change flags of nations (which I understand it is), then there should be no problem to attach an alternate country name to each flag.

The name anyway is used only in UI, and in the same places as the flag, so it shouldn't be too hard.
