I wanted to start of list of characters that should be given claims in the history files of the game. Please add to the list as you find others. I believe some are already commonly known:
1.) Edward III of England's claim on the Kingdom of France (dated 1328 with the death of Charles IV of France)
2.) Baldwin II of Courtenay's claim on the Latin Empire of Constantinople (dated 1261, I suppose it is possible to have a claim on a titular title?)
