I'm looking for a list of all provinces and their nominal population growth rate (assuming +3 stability, etc.), both when at level 1 colony and after it has reached 1000 people. I have looked at the province lists but these only tell you thinks like climate and colonization difficulty, and the actual growth rate seems to be derived via a more complicated formula based on these numbers. I'm also aware of locale distinctions (N.A. vs. tropical zones) and the fact that some islands are fertility sites, but I would really appreciate if someone would take the time to discover these values. (Actually, I guess the easiest would be to create a scenario with just 2 counties with a bunch of simple colonies, check their growth rates empirically in-game, then change their populations and check again.)

so run test based off 100, 700, 1k, 5k, 10k 100k if i have time this week ill do the siberian corridor for ya this way

also capitol itself adds to growth rate...and so do manufactories? and COTs..plus govenors..the values these affect by are listed in text csv some provs like belle isle just defy logic in growth it seems

Well I'd really just like to establish some "base" values for 700 and 1000 people, since this is primarily for colonization consideration. It would be nice to know them for all the pre-allocated provinces in Europe and so on as well, though, and I figured someone could just get all the values easily. Or, if you know the formula (come on, one of the EU programmers can just look and give us the formula) then we can figure it out for each provence based on that. (It seems to be related to colonization difficulty but the relationship is nonlinear.)
