It's hard to see the road as it is being built, and often fill the whole screen in blackness. This only happens with the straigh road placement, the curved road option makes the road invisible until the first click.

Update: This is a problem with the Radeon Driver. I managed to update to the fglrx driver and everything looks much nicer, people on the steam forums have said that this is a shaders problem. With the proprietary driver everything is much brighter, the black boxes are no longer there and it appears to have fixed the saving issue.

The only thing that hasn't been fixed is the performance, I am getting about 12 fps with my R9 280.
