Linux:Custom Settings after Update/SOA

After updating and purchasing Sons of Abraham, the game is no longer using my custom settings file. I had everything set to play in windowed mode with some of the graphics not drawn for performance reasons. The settings file in ~/user/Documents/Crusader Kings II/Paradox Interactive still has the custom settings. It's not being used by the game. Unfortunately, this makes the game almost unplayable for me. Where do I put the file to get it to work now? Everything else appears to work fine.

Help to get the game to launch in windowed mode again is very much appreciated.

The location of the Linux user files has moved to a more Linux-correct location in patch 2.0. See the sticky FILE LOCATIONS thread above for the exact spot.

Good to know. Does this mean that we no longer need the CKII folder at the old location? If so, could I delete it (I know I would lose my saves of course)?

Just move the save files to the new location, and yes delete anything there, it's of no use any more.
